96 buick Riviera main coolant fan not working

The main coolant fan is not working in my
daughter's 96 Buick Riviera. Both relays are
good so what else can be the problem? The
other coolant fan for the AC works fine

I guess the easiest thing to do would be hot wire ( power and ground ) the fan at the disconnect and see if it works . Be careful of the plastic fan blades they can get razor sharp from spinning through dirty air ..
