2005 Buick randezvous ultra 3.6l warms up
then has no throttle replaced accelerator
pedal and throttle body and still having the
same problem no throttle once it has warmed
up or driven about 25 miles

I posted a circuit description for that code. I usually check wiring circuits for sensor before replacing sensor. As you can see 5 volt ref. You can see voltages for signal. I'd use a digital multimeter, check those voltages when problem is ongoing, if you haven't already. Just my opinion.
