Before the cold set in it started fine no probs. Now
it won't start replaced the cap an rotor since the
old ones looked really corroded on the points
inside the cap. Pulled #1 plug an checked for spark
which it has I could smell fuel on the plug as well
any ideas or suggestions would be great.
Some vehicles are particular about proper spark and fuel pressure , just having them won't do and I think yours is one .
I guess you could replace the coolant sensor for a shot in the dark and clean the plugs now that they're fouled
Sounds like you're way overdue for a tune up. Replace the spark plug wires and the spark plugs. Hope that helps! Jim
@beatupchevy what would the coolant sensor have to do with it?
Sometimes a bad coolant temperature sensor will cause a no start condition on GMs. Hope that helps! Jim
