Why does my car hard to start after fill up

After I fill up it's just turn over like the
injectors didn't squirt

Most likely the EVAP system purge valve is stuck open. When this happens raw gasoline is forced into the engine through the vacuum line for the EVAP system. Hold the accelerator pedal to the floor while cranking when this happens. This puts the computer in clear flood mode and will help get you started easier. HTH. -Jim
