My 2007 Buick Rendevouz is overheating. I changed the temperature sensor, replaced the thermostat and water pump and flushed the coolant and replaced the antifreeze. The temperature gauge is still hot

Is the radiator fan coming on ? When you say that you changed the temperature sensor was that the coolent temperature sensor for the radiator fan to come on or the temperature sensor for the temperature gauge ? And also is the vehicle actually over heating or do you think it is because the temperature gauge says it is over heating ?

Do you smell antifreeze inside the cab check out the heater core

I have the same problem with my 2007 Rendezvous. Replaced entire cooling system per a mechanic. Including heater core, radiator, water pump, hoses, coolant. Still runs hot. I guess the next step will be the intake gasket. That seems to be the most common repair. If that does not work, then I will move on to the head gaskets. Some mechanics just don't get it.

Forgot to add thermostat, and temperature switch.

Changed intake gasket because of coolant channel. No change. Next adventure would have been replace head gaskets and check for cracked head/block. Did NOT go that route. Drove Rendezvous to local Toyota dealer and traded in on 2017 RAV4 SE loaded. Should be good for at least 7-8 years. Thank everyone for their time and help. Hated to lose that car, but once you reach a point of no return, it is hard to invest more money into a money pit.

buick rendezvous are poorly designed for hot air flow the engine basically cooks in its own heat but if you cut a 2 foot by 1 inch hole out of the rubber rain gutter near the windshield it will solve your problems for the most part make sure not to cut infront of the air vents I did this and it worked hasn't over heated yet.
