i have a 1993 buick regal gran sport 3.8l and the headlights will not go off. I replaced the switch with a used one with no luck. I took it to a garage and they ran tests (?) on it and said the switches appear bad. I bought a new one, very expensive, and it still did not fix the problem. PLEASE help
