Timing belt question

Asked by Jan 04, 2015 at 08:40 AM about the 1999 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner

Question type: General

I have a 99 Tacoma with the 3.4 litre engine. When doing the timing belt should the
camshaft and crankshaft seals be replaced?

They don't have to be but since you already in there I would if it was mine. Only buy good ones from your local auto parts store (auto zone, ect). The cheap on line ones will fail you.

I would change them
