2007 Toyota solar a sport timing belt or chain

Asked by Nov 17, 2016 at 10:06 PM about the 2007 Toyota Camry Solara 2 Dr Sport Convertible

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I think the 4 cylinder has a chain but the V6 may have a chain or a belt depending on the exact model of engine. If a car has never had the belt replaced at 172k then it is WAY overdue. Ask to see the maintenance records.
