Bad miss 5.7 Vortex

I've got a bad miss all of a sudden.
Plugs,wires,cap, all new. Fuel pressure test
revealed that the pressure goes up to 60psi.
once it's started. However just as soon as
the fuel pump kicks off fuel pressure
immediately drops down to only 10psi. I'm
unsure whether I should try the fuel pump or
fuel pressure regulator first?

That looks like a stuck injectors for the pressure to drop that quickly, as this is the spyder system it would be advisable to replace the whole thing. see pic.
