Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Someone help I'm going crazy trying to figure it
out. I've replace radiator, hoses ,water pump and
coolant sensor up by the thermostat housing. My
heat quage stills bouncing back forth as I'm going
down the highway. Check engine light stays on
and it's telling me to check my quages. Does
anyone have any suggestions what to check now
