windsheild wipers will not turn off unless car shut off and only work on one
speed. where is fuse box so i can try replacing the fuse?

The fuse cannot be the problem. The fuse either allows power or does not (when blown). You can pull the fuse to stop the wipers. Sounds like you have an issue with the switch.
