Got a bit of grease on top of the engine next to the spark plugs.

Hey I hve a bit of grease or oil on the
top of my motor right where the bolts
go into my audi a4. Seems to idle
fine, run fine, normal turbo lag, all
that good stuff but I was jut wide ring

I can almost assure you it's just from whoever worked on it last. They grease up the bolts/threads on most parts so they don't seize. If you've ever tried removing the oil filter and had a lot of trouble, that's what "seizing" is. Just wipe it off and keep an eye on it if you're concerned it's not normal. If more keeps appearing, start looking into it further or call a mechanic. Source: I've worked on my own car a couple times and have tried moving a seized bolt, it's nearly impossible. They recommend putting grease on it to prevent that. I've done it several times myself.
