May need a new thermostat if the engine is not getting to operating temperature. The heater core could be plugged, or something with the temperature control not allowing heat to come threw.

Check for blown fuses. If fuses are ok, check to make sure coolant is getting up to operating temperature (hot) and that it's circulating through the heater core. If it is, check the temperature climate control switch. If switch is ok, check blend door actuator
