How to increase horsepower and torque?

What is best way to increase my vehicles horsepower and torque? It is a
remanufactured 4.7L V8

Thanks Mark. I was thinking reprogrammer because I don't want to drop a lot of money into it. I understand I am limited with the 4.7, I am just looking for a little extra "giddy up" for hauling my travel trailer.
