2002 buick regal gs no electrical power

battery only 7 months old . went out to start it and had no power . jump it and
drove it for a while , went home turned it of and no power still . while running
everything is bright and working fine .

Load test the battery. Sounds like it's dead. Even a 7 month old battery can be defective. If the battery fails the load test, replace it. If it passes the load test check your battery cable connections at both ends. Make sure everything is clean and tight. Put some Vaseline on the battery cable connections at the battery to prevent corrosion. Hope that helps! Jim
