04 buick Ranier is not shifting. Trying to drop oil pan to get the part to fix. ANY suggestions for dropping the oil pan?

Not sure what your trying to accomplish. Are you trying to repair the transmission or the engine? What parts are you going to be replacing? Is there a crossmember or exhaust pipe in the way?
