2005 Buick Rainer problems

My low beams won't work anymore I
only have high beams. Also my back
window latch will not lock and my
passenger side window will not work-
how do I fix these problems?

Low beams are relay #46 under the hood. There is actually a recall on it. I just keep an extra relay in my glovebox. Very common problem.
