I have a 97 Camaro RS. Turning the key on, I have power to everything, dash, stereo, etc. But when I try to start it, everything dies. Is this the clutch safety switch?

When you say "dies" do you mean that all lights, radio, etc. lose power? If so, it's going to be battery related. Check the battery cable connections at both ends of both cables. Make sure everything is clean and tight. HTH. - Jim
