97 Camaro Water leak around valley gasket

You don't have a valley gasket. If you have the 3.8 liter V6 you probably need the upper and lower intake gaskets replaced. Check your oil. Does it have white milky "goop" on the dipstick? If so, that's what is going on. These engines are notorious for intake manifold gasket failure. If you have the 5.7 liter V8 still no valley gasket. Looks like the intake is dry on that engine. I store my 97 each winter. I think I may have a water pump leak. Is this common when storing a low mileage camaro. 30,000 miles. 1 answer
The leak seems to be on the right side near the right front tire. I really want other opinions before I spend the $700+ for a new water pump.
