car sounds like a pick up with large off the road tires when im driving with windows closed

Wheel bearing noise, very common on Buicks, replace the front set first as those are the ones that go out more often than the rears. I had a few customers that replaced all 4 when it came time for it too be done, they said that they wanted to start fresh new bearings all they way around.
