I have a 97 z28 and the clutch pedal comes back up real slow and sometimes it don't hardly have any clutch

Still might be a worn or slipping clutch. Check the linkage/cable too. Worn trans/engine mounts might have shifted things a bit.

I put a new clutch and throw out bearing in it a few months back
