Start checking all fuses and relays.

All of them are ok

Even the fuses under the hood?

Under the hood n inside the car i did a fuse test in the fuses are ok

Locate starter relay check to see if it clicks when key is turned to start position, if not check ignition switch power out to starter.

I tested. My relays they're good to smh

When i turn the key i hear a lil low clicks

If the starter relay is working that means you have signal from the ignition switch but if the starter isn't cranking remove the starter and bench test it

I think its some wires touching in my radio that's stopping my car from cranking

Unlikely, the radio should be a separate circuit.

What it sounds like from scratch is either a bad ignition switch, (maybe not) or a low battery. Can you jump start it? It may be an aulternator not charging the battery or even a bad cell in the battery that will not hold a charge and it drains the battery. If it is a low battery, the dash lights should work. The clicking of the starter indicates a low battery not having enough charge to turn it over.

I think it's my VATS system

check this out. This will show you haw to bypass the VATS system. Worth a try to see if that is the problem.
