why my 95 mighty max wont start untill i pump the gas for like 3 min?

after sitting overnight i try to start and nothing, untill i pump the gas pedal several times... i have change the spark plugs, fuel filter, starter, distribuitor cap and rotor, still does it

does it have a carb or fuel injectors?might be time to rebuild or tune the carb if it has 1 or new injectors id also get some kind of fuel treatment stuff might be a dirty gas tank also or fuel pump the list go's on but its prolly fuel related

Put my money on the fuel pump. If its carb it sounds like a fuel pump with a leaky diaphragm. If its fuel injected pumping the gas doesn't do anything so you would be cranking until it has enough fuel pressure to inject fuel.
