i have a 97 blazer 4.3 vortec.... has a miss and burns very rich.... changed coil pack dist cap rotary button wires any ideas of why its doing what it is...
runs very rich and need help.... is it possible too mount rotor button itself
backwards? the holes do line up to mount.... i didnt install any new parts other
than the coil pack before i bought the blazer it had everything else replaced.
ive had random multiple misfire show up and missfire cylinder 6.. i did replace
plug on 6 havent returned that since... I NEED HELP
it also takes about 6-7 seconds to start while turning over.... if yu turn the engine off then turn key to restart it will fire right back up... i need this thing to stop missfiring missfire is there all the time... sometimes seems worse than others.... also my vents inside the blazer were working and could control where it blew from... now the only place it will blow from is the top at windshield as if defrost is on no matter where i turn the knob.... and ideas on how too fix these would be a blessing thank yu all
Sounds like the spider fuel injector assembly. They're notorious for failure. Replace the whole assembly, not the individual injectors. HTH. -Jim
The climate control system has lost vacuum. When this happens it defaults to defrost for safety reasons. HTH. -Jim
