Car died and now won't start, like it's not getting gas. has 1/4 tank of fuel

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Engine turns over but does not start, died as I was turning into market.  Acts as if not getting fuel, when I turn the key on I can hear a click,click, click..., .... from the fuel pump i believe.

sounds like you need a new starter.

how is it the starter if its turning over lol and same thing with the battery i its turning it over its good ... sounds like the fuel pump is bad ,, or maybe the fuel pump relay is bad ... check to see if your gettng fuel ...

I'm on my second fuel pump relay in the last year (same symptoms)...wondering why it's failed again.

Havn't checked relay?I think that if I filled tank it would start,It has been full for 3yrs then I ran it down to a 4th tank won't start.
