1997 Chevy blazer 4x4 running really rough
Just replaced ignition coil on my 1997 Chevy
blazer 4x4 4dr 4.3 vortex and it's still running
completely shitty almost stalling unless I give it
gas. There is a little white smoke coming out of
exhaust and dropping water with carbon in it. Does
anybody know how I can fix the problem? Also
P0300 code is coming up.
White smoke is not good, usually means head gasket or head problems thus bad running, a block check test can confirm this, P0300 random multiple misfire, could also be cause by a head gasket problem. Do you see bubbles in the coolant recovery tank when it is running or does it build pressure in the cooling system really fast? If you experience any of those then a block test is not necessary as it is confirmed the heads will have to come off.
