I recently had my xcv70 tranny rebuilt. Car never had problems starting previous to rebuild, but noe it is missfiring at start up. Any thoughts on this problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car runs great once started, but misfires at startup with tach jumping as the engine
cranks.  This problem did not exist before the transmission rebuild.

Are you sure it's a misfire vs an idle surge from a vacuum leak?
