Lifter tapping noise how can I free it up?

I believe these are solids so they need adjusting, The desired clearance is .20 +/-.03mm intake (.17-.23) and .40 +/- .03 mm exhaust (.37-.43)

Does this have hydraulic lifters? if it does would look to one of those "cupping" the bottom of the lifter and "flattening" the camshaft....I had this on an OPEL GT I once had it towed away while I was at school~
