I have a 2001 Volvo V40. It runs very rough. Tested injector pulse with a noid light while running. 2 of the injectors are not getting a signal. What is most likely the problem?

You should check the main power distribution box for a blown injector fuse, sometimes they split the power circuits, if the mains check good then you need to check the power and trigger circuits on the ones that are not operating from the ECM.
