2001 S80 twin turbo keeps cutting out when driving

My 2001 S80 T6 twin turbo (has 300,000kms but well maintained) will cut out
for no reason at various times when driving and then is very hard to start. Any
ideas?

Thanks Tom. No check engine light on. Almost wish there was as would at least point in some direction.
