Does anyone know what adhesive to use when the felt on the inside of the window pillars begins to unstick?

Does anyone know what adhesive to use when the felt on the inside of the
window pillars begins to unstick? Both sides of mine are begining to come
unstuck and droop!

yes...in black or yellow. tube...or spray..called elephant snot...in our world
