Why doesn't my 98 Volvo s70 turn on trouble code p1617

I dont think so. My car was good until i replaced the pcv system and now it cranks but wont turn on..i need help plz

I researched the trouble code before posting. That's what I came up with. You can check for a disconnected or misrouted PCV vacuum line. A massive vacuum leak will also prevent it from starting. HTH. - Jim
