I recently got a new battery now my turn signals dont work, and lights are dim
...yes, well you must look 'pon the main 1/0awg black Cable from the battery to the frame...this one gets corroded because of the 300 of more AMPs needed pulled thru a single lug...and this lug is a dis-similar metal from the frame and so bits of the lug are exchanged with bits of the frame with every start creating a layer of semiconducting corrosion...which is where you are now....what you must do is grab a coarse wirebrush and wirebrush the spot where the lug attaches and the lug too...connect and enjoy GOOD grounding of all components including the ignition, fuel pump and ECM~
