my wheel locked up and my car still leaking oil
what to do and what is it that making a do like that

There are many things that can cause this,and would be shooting blind not seeing the issue or having a lot more info on where oil is leaking at.

Just a guess but may b the power steering stopped working may be blew a seal or belt...but is just a guess
