You will have to identify the broken parts, buy new ones and install them. Your best bet is to find a good mechanic.

Can I still tap starter if the car is getting power

"tap starter" What does that mean?

What ever you do be safe. If the car starts in gear it could take off if you don't have your foot on the brake pedal.

The car goes into all gears without my foot on brake

Can I make a gadget that will let me bypass the ignition

Why are you asking about hacks, just fix it properly, will cost you the same in the end , with all the headaches and all.
