2006 Audi A6 Quattro with 150,000 kms

I am thinking of buying a 2006 A6 but it has 150,000 kms on it.
is this a risky purchase, am I going to be in maintenance trouble ?!

Good car. You need to check camshaft adjusters and upper chain tensioners, cause if they are bad main chain can be streched. To change all 4 chains it's 8000$ (parts and labor)
