2006 Mazda Tribute--the fuse for the headlights (#17) keeps blowing. I replace with a new fuse, turn the lights on and it blows again. Why is that?

I had a blown fuse which was causing the  main headlights not to work.  it is fuse (#17) in the interior fuse box.  So, I replaced it and turned the lights on, I have blown two more fuses repeating the same thing.  What could be the problem?

You have a short in the wiring. Diagnosing where it is and fixing it is the hard part and you will need to have wiring diagrams and a multimeter.
