fuel runs rich

I cant seem to figure out why my car leans out when ever I start to get on it and it starts to boost.

Clogged high or low pressure fuel filter, low fuel pressure, insufficient power to fuel pump, the injectors may be clogged or the fuel pressure regulator might be stuck open to atmosphere, take your pick.
