How to install 2006 Mazda Miata Header Trim (full with both visors)

I broke my driver side visor by storing my cellphone up under it and trashed the
pin/spring.  Ended up having to purchase the whole header trim that includes
both visors. There is a crazy picture but no actual instructions that came with
the replacement part.  Can you give explicit instructions with hints on how to
swap this out?

Thank you for responding but...being a short person, I find them very useful. Not only that, but I want to keep the car original.
