Chevy cavalier 98 WOnt start

My starter is going out I know that clicking sound but
I also cracked the radiator at the same time saw hit
the hit the starter started but now sometimes
there's power to the interior lights that's only time
the car will start but when there's no power to the
interior lights the car won't start a cranks and it
sounds like it wants to start but it's just like it's no
gas but every other time it a jump start
