i just baught a 94, with 1.8L v6, automatic...has 244 thousand KM, not sure what that is in miles,,anyways, i did a typical tune-up on it, which consisted of new spark plugs, oil change **with Wynnz tune-up in a bottle additive AND lucas oil stabilizer additive** i replaced the horribly clogged K&N cone filter with a canadian tire cheapo cone filter (25$) i also replaced the fuel filter (which isnt fun if you havent done it before)..i also ran some high octane With lucas fuel stabilizer/octane booster, and now i can fill up for 40 dollars and get 450km to a tank...i still have some issue with a weak spark, but these cars are notorious for the ignition module failing causing really weak spark

I have a 92 1.8 v6 gs and during the summer in getting close to 300 a tank. The only thing I can suggest is what the other guy said jus a typical tune up should do the trick.
