White leather seats and hazard button on column repaired/replaced?
I have a 98 Convertible with white leather seats that are cracked (no tears) any advice for
making these look new? I also need a hazard button on my stearing column - is that
difficult to replace? I have 73,000 miles on it and the body is in great shape.
seat covers (custom fit available) or pony up for an automotive upholstery shop...your choice~

These guys are the bomb, they can make just like oem or totaly custom or the way it should have come from the factory. Heres the link: http://www.katzkin.com/
High quality, if your going to do it do it right. right?
You have the older style hazard switch which is incorporated into the turn signal switch. To replace just the button, collar, and spring assembly simply remove the small Phillips head screw in the center of the button. To get a replacement go to the junkyard and get one that's the correct color. Just about any GM product from that era will have the button assembly you want. If the hazard switch itself is broken you'll have to replace the turn signal switch to fix it. HTH. -Jim
