Battery was stolen bought new battery
connected cables and nothing at all

Check for blown main fuses in the power distribution box in the engine compartment, if they shorted something out it could have blown a few.

make sure the battery you have is connected properly, positive is positive and negative is ground. Believe me it happens all the time.
