If I purchased a vehicle from some one and it didn't pass smog what can I do ?

Purchased a vehicle from some dude and it didn't pass smog after he told me
it did ended up missing parts from the car and now I'm out 3500 dollars what
can I do

If it was a Dealer you might have a route, but a private party it is buyer beware, about the only thing that has many teeth in it is the odometer but if it is over 100K then that goes away. Of course you could talk with an attorney, most will give you a half hour counsel at no charge. HTH


Buyer beware, should have had it checked out.
