My 2004 vw touareg feels like it won't go. Help.. feels like its in low gear

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It feels like im in low gear. I notice the sport gear S12345 is
lit and keeps changing gears. Would this be the problem.  If
so how to I turn that off.
