I put a 15 amp fuse in a 10 amp fuse that goes to my horn and i had an electrical short and now my car will start but the it dies right away

Hate to say but now it's time to hunt for that shorted wire. It probably melted into another one. Did you see smoke come out from some where or smell anything funny? If so look in that area for the bad wires. Best to never put a larger fuse in place of a smaller one. Fuses protect your wiring from burning up.
