you left it in gear.....you did not set the parking brake...you left your lights on...one of them~

false airbag sensor on the passenger seat...airbag failures...check the trouble codes~

Most probably you have a bad ignition switch, read the codes on the car. Some of this problems leave a code...

stuck relay...check the voltage at the relay panel~
