Its lazy on the take of
New air filter? New Plugs?
Can it be a bad turbo?
plugged exhaust system
is your catalytic converter really clogged? You'd have to disconnect and inspect it~
Should I try the oem sparkplugs
if these seem troubled...buggered up with oil, white with corrosive deposits or normal...takin a look at each of them to see how they compare to the others will clue you into the health of this motor~
It drives really good on the highway its just the take off
hmmmm....would it be too much trouble to disassemble your EGR valve? this is probably what's causing your slowness of takeoff~
Idk I would have to check tomorrow but thanx I'll check and update tomorrow
Thanks I really appreciate it I will update tomorrow
...so glad that you are not intimidated, just 'cause you're a guy doesn't mean that you're good with fixin' cars and stuff----but we guys are good at things like the armed services vocational aptitude battery (ASVAB if attempted to be recruited at some point in your life)~
too many variables with too little info. pay the $60 and have the PCM scanned....cheaper than throwing part at it
getting a check engine light?
do as thedoctor says and find your "diagnostic service" plug and have it connected to someone who knows what to do with it~
think it's basically square with about nine pins on it~
there aren't "too many variables" sluggish startup can only be caused by those five items that were mentioned at the beginning....this isn't a wild- turkey chase, have dealt with this evil device long enough to know, if it's trouble you want....you've come to the right place~
check the cam sensors they usually dont leave a code and they can slow down your car quite a bit on startup
...besides, who's throwin' parts, just asked the fellow to give it a cleaning and replace? just tossed a picture up there so he'd know what to look for...jeeesh already~
Hector, the cam sensors, if I've done my homework are responsible for ignition timing...in lieu of a cap and rotor...no?
Is this it ?
This is what kind of engine
Yes the check eng is on but it only scans the gas cap I took it luke three time and they tell me the same thing gas cap
the cam are also responsible for the ignition timing and that slows down the car.
if there's an EGR on that engine looks like a bugger to get to, would need exploded views to proceed~
