On my 96 VW Passat TDI how do I remove and replace my Clutch Master Cylinder?

Where are the bolts located, does the shaft end (plunger) compress to disconnect, (white clip) do I bleed it using the bleeder on the Slave Cylinder?

on firewall under hood 2 bolts,open bleed at slave,r and r fill bleed at 7mm on slave
