Is your check engine light on? If so, get the codes read. If you're near an Autozone, they will do it. Post the codes back here. It could be a dirty MAF sensor or bad gas.

yes the check engine light is on, and will they do a 1999 are is that to old to check this has some this for a while now so i would say its not the gas in it
